ENAPREMIUM

At ENAPREMIUM, every piece we create is made with deep care, intention, and respect for your space.
All ENAPREMIUM products are made to order, created individually based on each customer’s selected measurements and specifications.

Because of this thoughtful and personalized approach, production begins promptly once your order is confirmed.
We kindly ask that you review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Samples & Pre-Order Guidance

As all items are made to order, we strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before purchasing.
Samples allow you to review colour, texture, and weight in your own lighting environment, helping ensure a confident and considered decision prior to production.

If you are unsure about any details before ordering, our team is always happy to assist with thoughtful guidance.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs, so we may assist you promptly.

Made-to-Order Items

All ENAPREMIUM products are produced specifically to order according to the measurements, options, and finishing details provided at checkout.

For this reason, made-to-order items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for the following reasons:

Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
Changes of mind after an order has been placed
Preference-based concerns, including colour tone, texture, weight, or overall appearance

Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Items produced in accordance with the measurements submitted are considered correctly made.

Minor variations within standard industry tolerances are considered acceptable and do not constitute a defect.

Colour & Natural Variation

Please note that colour appearance may vary due to:

Screen and monitor settings
Lighting conditions within your space
Natural dye-lot variations inherent to textile production

These characteristics are a normal part of made-to-order fabric goods and are not regarded as faults.

Manufacturing Faults

If a genuine manufacturing fault or production error is confirmed, ENAPREMIUM will, at its discretion:

Repair the item, or
Remake the item to match the original order specifications

In such cases, we will guide you through the process with care and clarity.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
