- Remote Area (ODA) Notice
If your address is classified as a remote delivery area, the parcel may be handed off to a local delivery partner.
Any additional remote area surcharge will be fully covered by us, and full cargo insurance is included for your peace of mind.
Please note that ODA deliveries may take 7–10 business days longer than usual.
(For reference, deliveries to major U.S. cities such as New York typically take about 2–3 days.)
While these delays are beyond our control, please rest assured that all out-of-area charges are fully paid by us to DHL.
